Donuts, It's Donuts!

Happy Monday Loves,

Hello my friends, hope that you are well and having a good Monday.  I am, our phones were really quiet today for a Monday, it was odd, which means they'll probably be ringing off the hook tomorrow now.  That's usually what happens if a Monday is slow at my work.

Tonight I have some really cute donuts I did a few weeks back.  I think these came out so stinking cute and I love them, hope you do too :)

My base was Orly "Window Shopping".  I then used several different polishes that I didn't write down and nail art brushed to draw the donuts with a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top.  I then did a coat of Starlight Polish "Splash Dream" on my index and pinky nails to finish.

Window Shopping on it's own.
That's it for tonight.  Have a great rest of the night.  I may take a bath later on since my back hurts right now from cleaning our office after work.  I am our cleaning lady and I clean once every two weeks.  It's a small office so it doesn't take me long to do, but, does make me tired and my back sore in my old age, lol.

Your feel good for tonight is:

"Think happy, be happy."

Love this one, it's so, well, happy :)

I leave you with Casey's kitty, Miss Gypsy.  She's a sweet cat and so happy that she has brothers and sisters since Casey moved in and brought her with and she loves bags, boxes, etc, typical cat :) She's a pretty girl

Hoot.....Hoot........Some Super Cute Owls

Happy Hump Day,

Yay, we've made it to the middle of the week, yay!!  Not much to say tonight, my week is going okay, uneventful and I am so okay with that.  So, onto the nails.  Tonight I have some super cute owls I did last week.  I was so ridiculously happy with the way these came out, they made me so happy wearing these adorable little guys.  Hope you love them too as much as I do :)

My base was China Glaze "Electric Beat".  The owls I did with nail art brushes, dotting tools and a slew of different polishes, then I put one coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top.  The glitter on my thumb is one from Kleancolor, but I don't know the name, the label is off of the bottle.  On my pinky I put one coat of Starlight Polish "Nayru".

Here's some lip chap I have that kinda inspired these owls on my nails.  Aren't they adorable :)

Electric Beat on it's own.  This is a really pretty blue, I dig it :)
Your feel good for tonight is:

"Today, practice kindness."

This one is so good and we should all practice kindness every day as often as we can.  I know I sure do try to each day!

Have a great rest of the night.  I leave you with Mr. Kitty cold and snuggled under a blanket one day. Isn't he so cute, he's a really good cat and I am so happy I adopted him, he's my buddy.

Nail Round Up

Happy Tuesday Love Bugs,

Good evening!  I hope you are well and your week is going well so far.  Mine is, uneventful and that's so okay :)

Tonight I have a slew of nails I've done over the last several months that I never posted on their own and just decided to save these all for a nail round up spam post.  So, here you go, lots of nails :)

My base was China Glaze "Drink Up Witches". I stamped using Uber Chic Op Art Magic plate and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri "No S-Pear Time" and China Glaze "Cherish", then did a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of those stamped nails.  The glitter is Sally Hansen X-treme Wear "Samba" and then I did a coat of Sally Hansen Diamond Strength "Twist of Lime" on the pinky and thumb nails.

Drink Up Witches on it's own.  Love this green and love that name :)
On these nails, my base was China Glaze "Surreal Appeal", then I put some drops of Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Ballet Rouges" on the nails to be stamped and took a stamper and smooshed the polish around on the nails.  I then stamped on those nails using Uber Chic "Plate 2-02" and Bundle Monster Plate "BM-XL213" and Sally Hansen Insta-dri "Pink Fast". I put a coat of a Melly Mix on my index and pinky nails and the glitter accent on my thumb is Polish Me Silly "Chicks Rule".

Surreal Appeal on it's own.
My base here was Finger Paints "Spun Sugar", then I used a nail art brush and the following polishes to create the little line/slashes/stripes, whatever we want to call them: Orly "Boho Bonnett", Orly "Window Shopping", OPI "No Room For the Blues", Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Green Tea", China Glaze "Bottoms Up" and OPI "I Manicure for Beads".  I then put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of those nails and a coat of CND Effects "Amethyst Sparkle" on my pinky and index nails. I love the way these came out, they look cute and were fun to wear and super easy to do.

Spun Sugar by itself. It's purple, so, I love this, it's a pretty shade.
Here I did a base of OPI "Ogre the Top Blue", then some stamping on top of some sponging and a glitter top coat, not sure what all I used. I must not have written any of it down other then my base color, not sure why or what happened there, lol!

Ogre the Top Blue on it's own, a really pretty nice blue I think.
For these nails I did a base of Orly "Boho Bonnett", then dry brushed Loreal "Now You Sea Me", OPI "No Room For the Blues" and China Glaze "Electric Beat" on my ring and index nails. Then I did a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of those nails.  The glitter on my thumb is Essie "Stroke of Brilliance".  I put a coat of Starlight Polish "Ever Blue" on the middle and pinky nails to finish.

Boho Bonnet on it's own.
For these, my base was Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Ballet Rouges".  The glitter on the accent nails is OPI "DS Bold", then I took a fluffy makeup brush and dabbed Sally Hansen Inst-Dri "Go for Gold" on top.  I put one coat of Baroness X "Rubi" on the other nails to finish. This was another super easy mani to do and I did like the end result of this.

Ballet Rouges by itself, another pretty shade.
My base here was China Glaze "Bottoms Up".  I sponged the sponged nails using Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Good to Grape", Loreal "Now You Sea Me" and OPI "No Room For the Blues".  I stamped the image on my thumb using China Glaze "Devotion" and Uber Chic "Plate 5-01".  I then put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of the sponged nails. I put a coat of Ozotic "Beam 906" on my index and pinky to finish. I love these. Sponging is one of my favorite and easy techniques to do and I like to stamp on top of sponging also.  I think it looks cool!

Bottoms Up on it's own.  I love bright pinks like this.  They make me happy :)
There's my nail round up spam for tonight.  Have a great rest of the night.  I'm just chilling, maybe take a nice long bath and read my book I'm reading and then bed :) I'll talk to you all soon.

Your feel good for tonight is:

"When you have a bad day, just remember - broken crayons still color."

I love this one :)

I leave you with the king of the kitties, Dino.  This cat is such a freaking cool cat.  I heart him hard, he's a good boy.

Wintery Scene In Pinky Purple? Why, Yes!

Happy Tuesday Loves,

Hope you are doing well.  I am okay, it's been raining like crazy for a while now, but I'll take it, it's not snow!!!

Speaking of snow, tonight I have some snowy nails I did a week or so ago.  I decided to do something outside the box and did my background in pinky purple and I love the way it came out even if I don't really like snow in real life :)

My base was OPI "I Manicure for Beads", then I took an eyeshadow applicator and sponged Essie "Splash of Grenadine" on the top half-ish of each nail.  I then stamped the stamped nails using Konad white polish with Winstonia "The North Pole" and "Winter Wonderland" plates.  The glitter on my pinky is China Glaze "The Outer Edge" and the glitter on my index nails is Funky Fingers "Olaf". I used a nail art brush and China Glaze "Dandy Lyin' Around" to do the snow and snowflakes on the stamped nails to add to the snowy look.

I Manicure For Beads.  I freaking LOVE this shade of purple, it was from the New Orleans collection that was out last year and so glad I picked this one up, it's so pretty :)
That's it for tonight. Have a great rest of the night.

Your feel good for tonight is:

"Life is better when you are laughing."

This one is a good one and laughter really is the best medicine as they say :) So, laugh a lot and then a lot more.  I know I sure do in my life.

I leave you with Mr. Kitty and Miss Betty snuggled up one day, isn't this just the most adorable thing ever :) :) :)

Talk to you soon!

Purple Power!!

Happy Monday Love Bugs,

Hope you are well and having a good day, it's Monday and the first week back to the grind after the time off for the holidays which is a bit hard, lol.  We were really busy all day at work and our phones just would not stop ringing, but, it did make the day go by quickly.  Over lunch I went for a hairs cut.  I got my hair cut in a cute little shag style and I like it a lot.  It's been quite a long time since I had a shag cut and I am happy that I got a shag again, it's cute :) I hope you had a good weekend also.  Mine was low key, uneventful and I am so okay with that.

Today I have some nails I did, wow, back in mid-October I think.  Now, just getting around to posting.  I did a base of Essie "Kimono-over" (this is from the current fall collection out now), then used eyeshadow applicators to create the gradient nails with Essie "Warm & Toasty Turtleneck", Essie "Bond with Whomever" and Color Club "Lavendarling".  I then put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of the gradient nails and a coat of Indigo Bananas "SF 35" holo top coat on the other nails. Love the way these turned out and am thinking of doing something similar to this for Halloween coming up and then fun Halloween stamping on top.  I think this would make a great background for some spooky nails :)  Ha, ha, as I was typing up when I may have done these I read down and saw this from when I did start this draft with the polishes and stuff I used for this mani, so, definitely sometime prior to Halloween, maybe even late September, lol :) Anyways, I do really love these, they turned out really pretty and cool me thinks :)

Kimono-Over on it's own.  This is a nice color, but, I really do have so many in this shade group already, but, hey, what is one more nice vampy color to have :)

That's it for today.  Have a great rest of the night.  I am just planning on chilling the rest of the night.  I'm going to read a book, cuddle with the kitties and Casey and that's about it.

Your feel good for today is:

"It's always a good moment for a spontaneous dance party."

LOVE this one, dance like no one's watching :) :) :)

I leave you with Princess Pebbles looking adorable  :)
