Rest In Peace The Walking Dead

Happy Sunday loves,

Tonight is the series finale of The Walking Dead. I'm a bit sad but also feel it's time for the series to end after 12 years. It's had it's up and downs and times where I was not that into the writing but I just couldn't stop watching it. It will forever remain one of my favorite shows because......zombies!! I love zombies 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♂️

My sister Tina is coming over tonight for our final Walking Dead watch party. It will be bittersweet. I just really hope they give the series a satisfying ending! We shall see.

For my nails I went super simple stamping. I like these and think they turned out cute.

My bases are ILNP Abudance (multi chrome) with a coat of Fancy Gloss Gold reflective topper and Red Eye Lacquer Being There For A Child Is the Most Noble Thing A Toy Can Do (flakie). I stamped using Creative Shop 46 and Pretty  Nails by Robin Walking Dead plates with Maniology Straight Up Black.

Have a great Sunday. See you Thursday when I post my turkey day nails. I leave you with Princess Pebbles on her bed on the back of our couch. She is so pretty!!!

Yay Negan!!!

Happy Walking Dead Day,

It's the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead already! I can't believe it's mid-season finale already! Time sure does fly. I never got to do season premiere nails this year since the day it premiered we had gotten home from camp and I was too tired to do my nails and wasn't ready to take my bear nails off yet, so mid-season finale nails it is.

In my opinion this season has been really good. My sister and I have been thoroughly enjoying this season and Negan, who we love, has been locked up in jail for the last season and this season he is out and back to some of his old Negan ways and some not so Negan ways that is making me love him even more. I have been and still am Team Negan and since he's back doing more I decided to do some Negan nails for tonight. I messed up my left hand, just wasn't having a good day on that one but oh well, such is the nail life, lol. Either way I like them :)

My base is Essie "At the Helm". I sponged on Essie "Fall For NYC" on the nails to be stamped and stamped using a random black pumpkin polish (which stamps very nice) with Creative Shop 46 and Uber Chic Zombie Love 2 plates. I put a coat of Baroness X "Topacio" on my pinkies and thumbs to finish.

At the Helm on it's own. Love this color!
This afternoon I am going to a Thanksgiving lunch that my mom's church does then coming home and watching the marathon that is on until my sister comes in and we watch the finale together. Enjoy the finale if you watch.

Have a great Sunday, talk soon on Thursday when I post my Thanksgiving nails. I leave you with Mr. Kitty surrounded by toys, many toys :)

Free Negan, Find Lucille!

Happy Dead Day, Yay :)

It's season finale day, can't believe it's here already, feels like season 9 just started, sniffle. I think this season has been pretty good with the Whisperers, they are scary!!! So, with that war brewing, it's time dammit, to free Negan and for him to find Lucille and put an ass beating on the Whisperers!!!

My sister will be here later on this evening to watch the finale with me. Other than that I have a pretty lazy day planned! Yesterday I cleaned at home and at work so I am so good with a lazy day today. One of our best friends is coming to visit too and we haven't seen her in a while so I am super excited to see my Amy love :)

So, for tonight's nails I have some Negan, free him, nails. I love these, hope you like them too :)

My bases are Sally Hansen X-treme Wear "Mint Sorbet" (light green) and China Glaze "Westside Warrior" (dark green). I smooshed the nails to stamp with drops of "Mint Sorbet" onto the nails then took a piece of plastic wrap, laid it on top and smooshed the polish around. I stamped using Funky Fingers "Dark Knight" with Uber Chic "Zombie Love 02" and Creative Shop "46" plates. I then put a coat of China Glaze "White Cap" on my pinky and index nails to finish.

"Mint Sorbet" (light green) and "Westside Warrior" (dark green) on their own.
Have a great rest of the weekend and enjoy the finale tonight if you are watching. I'll be starting some Easter nails next! Talk soon my loves.

I leave you with the last cat that is still alive that was my Dad's, Sparky. Dad found him starving and with a hurt foot (he ended up having a toe removed due to infection) when he was about 7 or so months old in our hay shed. Sparky is around 17 now. He's always been the sweetest cat and of course he is a black cat so I've had an extra fondness for him :) He's such an old man now, not sure how much time we will still have with him and it will be hard to lose him since he was Dad's cat and the last one standing that was his. In the meantime I always give him lots of love and attention when I see him at Mom's and my sister's. He's a good boy!

Is it a Walker.......or is it???

Happy Dead Day!!!!!!

It's here, it's here!! The Walking Dead finally returns tonight for the mid-season premiere! I'm so excited and can't wait. This season has been so good in my opinion, it has a new feel with the new show runner and I am loving this season. The Whisperers are going to be so creepy good too and I can't wait for this story line!!!

My sister will be coming in later tonight to watch it with us and I'll be watching the marathon off and on all day until then. Other than that it's going to be a pretty lazy day for me. It's been a busy weekend, we got our friend Sarah all moved in upstairs and I am so sore from so many trips up these steep stairs she has. It's nice to have her here as our new neighbor :)

Onto the nails. I just did some walker, or are they really, nails for the premiere tonight. I kinda am really digging these. Think they came out cool with these colors together :)

My bases are Sally Hansen X-treme Wear "Mellow Yellow" (yellow), OPI "My Chihuahua Bites" (orange) and Sally Hansen X-treme Wear "Green with Envy" (green). I sponged these on the nails to stamp and stamped using Funky Fingers "Dark Knight" with Creative Shop 09 and Bundle Monster BM-S246 plates. The glitter on my pinkies is China Glaze "Snow Globe".

Green with Envy (green), My Chihuahua Bites (orange) and Mellow Yellow (yellow) on their own.
That's it for today. Have a great day, enjoy the premiere tonight if you are going to watch it. I'll chat at you soon!

I leave you with a super cute pic of Momma Kitty. She went to the Bridge in 2014 and I miss her every single day. She was my baby girl and such a good kitty!

Fare Thee Well....Rick Grimes....Tally Ho'....

Happy Dead Day,

Oh, how it feels so good to be able to say that once again :)  Tonight is the season 9, wow, the 9th season premiere, of The Walking Dead. I am so ready for my favorite show to be back on! If you are a Walking Dead fan then I am sure you know by now that this is the final season for Rick Grimes played by Andrew Lincoln. He's been the leader since the beginning and it is going to be weird without him on any longer. In my opinion though there are enough other strong characters on that it will be okay. I don't really see the show going for that many more seasons anyways, so we shall see what happens in The Walking Dead universe going forward.

So, since it is Rick's final season I have some Rick Grimes nails for tonight.  I just did some super simple simple sponging and super simple stamping for these nails. I kinda like the simplicity of these, they are cute I think.

My base is China Glaze "Sun of A Peach". I then sponged on China Glaze "Give Me S'more" on the nails to be stamped. I stamped using Uber Chic "Zombie Love 01" and Creative Shop "09" with Konad Black Stamping Polish. I put a coat of Catrice "Miss Money Penny" on my index and pinky nails to finish.

Sun of A Peach on it' own, pretty color, terrible formula, oh well, I still like it :)
There you have this season's premiere nails.  Enjoy the premiere tonight if you are watching. I know I sure will. My sister will be coming in to watch with Casey and me tonight.

Have a great rest of the weekend. I'll talk to you later. I leave you with more a couple more old pictures I found with Buster in them.  December 4th will be one year since Buster went to Rainbow Bridge. I miss that cat so much.  He was a good boy and my buddy. I miss him.  Here he is with Betty and Mr. Kitty. I do enjoy coming across these old pics with him in them but at the same time it makes me sad because he's no longer with us, sigh.  But, then at the same time it makes me smile remembering him and he is still with me every single day and I do know him and I will be together again one day.

I AM Team Negan!!!

Happy Dead Day!!!!

Well, it's here, the season finale of The Walking Dead.  I am excited for the finale, yet it still makes me sad because no more Walking Dead now until Fall, sniffle, sniffle.  However, my sister, Tina, and I will have Walking Dead over the off months.  We'll start at season 1 and watch the series again thru October when our beloved TWD comes back on for season 9.

So, for years I was all about Team Rick Grimes, well, now this season I've become Team Negan.  Rick has become reckless, whiny and just has been a little bitch in my opinion.  I still love all of our group of Rick's, just not Rick so much now, so Team Negan I am!

In honor of Negan I decided on Team Negan nails for tonight.  Hope you like them.  I do, I love these nails and these are definitely some of my favorite Walking Dead nails I've ever done.  I love the little tiny Lucille bats, they are so cute and the Negan stamp rocks! I am so happy I have so many awesome Walking Dead nail stuff :)

I did a base coat of Essie "Perfect Mate".  I sponged on Essie "A Crewed Interest" with an eyeshadow applicator on the nails to be stamped. I stamped using Funky Fingers "Dark Knight" with Uber Chic "Zombie Love 02" and Creative Plate 46.  The words I did using a nail striper in black.  The glitter is Broadway Nails Gel "Moscato Rose".

Perfect Mate on it's own.  I think this was a really good base for this mani.
There you have my season finale nails.  Hope you enjoyed them as much I am!  Enjoy the finale tonight if you watch.  I'll be watching the season 8 marathon on all day leading up to tonight.

I have a super good feel good for you as well today, this one is so good:

"Change your thoughts and you'll change the world."

LOVE this one!!!!

I leave you with my sister's cat, Negan, when we dressed him as Negan with Lucille last Fall for the season premiere.  Isn't he so cute in his cosplay :) Have a great day and I'll chat at you soon.

Goodbye Coral!!!!

Happy Dead Day!!!!!

Yay, yay, yay, it's finally here!!!! The Walking Dead is back tonight, all the yay's!!!!  Tonight is the mid-season premiere of TWD.  I am so ready for my beloved Walking Dead to be back on.  My sister is coming over later on today for the premiere and Casey will be making us a good dinner too :)

We already know that Carl is dying tonight.  It was revealed in the mid-season finale that he was bit and we all know what happens when you get bit in The Walking Dead universe, you die.  Carl has been around since the very beginning as the main character, Rick Grimes', son.  We've seen him grow up on the show and become a man over his time in this world. A lot of fans dislike Carl, but I have always liked him.  They are from Georgia so the actors do southern accents and Andrew Lincoln who plays his Dad, Rick, is British in real life so when he does his acccent the word "Carl" sounds like "Coral" so there's been jokes for years about his name sounding like the word "Coral" so today I present to you my "Goodbye Coral" said in Rick Grimes' voice nails.  I for one will miss Carl. Hope you enjoy my Carl nails with his eye patch and signature sheriff's hat that's he's worn since the beginning when his Dad gave him the hat. I am pretty happy with the way these turned out :)

My base is OPI "Can't Afjord Not To".  I used several different polishes I didn't keep track of and nail art brushes to draw the art work and stamped using Creative Shop Plate 09 and Essie "Partner In Crime". I put a coat of Wet 'n Wild "White and Stormy" on my pinkies.

Can't Afjord Not To on it's own.  I like this orange but think it's going into the purge pile as I have other oranges I like a bit better in my collection.
There you have my "Coral" nails.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend and especially enjoy the show tonight if you watch.

I leave you with a few pics I got thru the window last week of our ever elusive feral boy, Little Shit.  I rarely see him so when I do it makes me happy to see that he looks so good and is healthy looking.  He's around 8 now and I wish he would have come around over the years, but he just hasn't, boo.  But, no matter, I love him just as much as the rest and he is a really cute guy, my Little Shit!!!!
