Jack 'o Candy Corns

Happy Halloween Loves, 

It's the most fun and my favorite holiday of the year! It's Halloween, yay! Our Trick 'r Treat night is tonight so I will be handing out lots of candy to the kids that come by. So, for the occasion I decided to do the candy that everyone loves to hate. I do not particularly enjoy candy corn, I do, however, think they are the cutest little things and how even more cute are that as little Jack 'o Lanterns. I love these and think they came out too cute! 

Bases are Glisten and Glow Giant Squid (shimmer) and Cadillacquer The World Is More Interesting With You In It (crelly). Stamped using Creative Shop 218 plate.

I Want Candy!!!

Hope you are having a good weekend. I am having a relaxing one. I took off this past Thursday thru Monday for a little staycation and got a lot of cleaning done. Some stuff purged and have been relaxing. I needed a break from work so it's been nice!

Today I have some really cute Halloween candy nails. I think these turned out too cute. 

My bases are Pahlish Deja Boo (shimmer) and Rogue Lacquer A Rogue Haunting (flakie). I stamped using MoYou Halloween 08, Lina Spookalicious 03 and Lantern and Wren Dab To the Bone plates with different stamping polishes. 

Have a great rest of the weekend. I leave you with my old fogie kitty Mr. Kitty. He's getting up there and it's so hard watching him age, sigh. He's such a good boy and we love him so!

The Candy Everyone Hates

Happy Thursday Friends, 

Today I have more Halloween nails for this year. Today it is the candy that everyone hates, lol. I don't particularly hate candy corn and will eat a few here and there but it's definitely not one of my favorite types of candy. I do, however, find them so cute so that makes them pretty cool I think :) 

I think these turned out great with the different image on each nail. Hope you like them too! 

My base is Pahlish If You've Got It, Haunt It!. I stamped using Maniology M253, Uber Chic Halloween 01 and 03 plates with all Maniology stamping polishes.

The Candy That Everyone Hates!

Happy Dead Day!!

It's Walking Dead day, yay :)  I'm so ridiculously happy that The Walking Dead is back on Sunday nights again!!  The first two episodes have been pretty action packed so I'm loving it!!!

Anyways, hope you are having a good weekend. I am, did a lot of cleaning this weekend, watched some movies, hung out with Casey and the kitties so it's been a good weekend for me.

Tonight I have some candy corn nails I did this past week.  Candy corn, it's the candy that everyone seems to hate, yet it's so cute!  I don't mind eating a few candy corn here and there, but definitely not a top candy on my candy list, lol. So, onto the nails...I think these came out super cute and I like the two color base coats! Hope you enjoy them whether you like to eat them or not :)

I did two bases here to mix things up a bit.  The orange is OPI "Hot & Spicy" and the yellow is OPI "My Twin Mimmy".  I used a white striper, nail art brushes, OPI "My Twin Mimmy" and Sinful Colors "Snow Me White".  I sponged on Sinful Colors "Snow Me White" and OPI "My Twin Mimmy" with an eyeshadow applicator on my thumbs.  The glitter is Color Club "Woodstock or Bust".

Hot & Spicy (the orange) and My Twin Mimmy (the yellow), these were perfect candy corn shades.

Candy Corn-icure Nails

Hello again love bugs,

This is my 3rd post since last night, yay.  Catching up on my blog posts since going and getting back home from PDF. Which, PDF was really a great time for me, this was the most special burn for me that I've had in many burns.  It was really a special burn for Casey and me, on Saturday afternoon Casey professed his love for me and me for him too.  It was so nice to hear that from him and for us both to finally say it to each other too.  I am so lucky to have Casey in my life, he's a really great guy and I truly do love him very deeply.  He's become a very special person to me, yes, I am in love, yay :)

In other news, Dad was in the hospital for about 5 days, he's got pneumonia and they found some masses on his lungs.  They did a biopsy, but, we won't find out until this week if it's lung cancer or not.  I am scared for my Daddy, this sucks.  Please pray for and keep him and my family in your thoughts.  I'd really appreciate it.

I did these candy corn or candy corn-icure nails a couple of weeks ago.  I love them.  I used a dotting tool to create this look.  I started with a base of Orly "Freestyle" and did the accent candy corn nails using China Glaze "Happy Go Lucky", Sally Hansen Extreme Wear "Sun Kissed" and China Glaze "White on White".  I then put one coat of China Glaze "Golden Enchantment" on my accents and one coat of China Glaze "White Cap" on the rest and was done.  These were fun and I really enjoyed doing these nails.

The polished I used with a bowl of candy corn.  I know most people don't like candy corn, but, I do and so do the horses.  We always get them candy corn during candy corn season, they love 'em.

Freestyle on it's own.  This is a really pretty color.  I love shades like this.

My friend, Hope's candy corn nails that she did too when she and her man came over to hang out.  I love her nails here, they look so pretty.  I love all the dots on top of each other on Hope's nails.

This is the sky right before it stormed Friday night.  It was a really cool looking sky, thankfully it only rained for a little bit, then got nice again.  Rainy and wet PDF's are a pain in the ass, LOL.

And, of course, a kitty, this is little chunky monkey, Miss Betty, my heart kitty.

That's it for posts for this weekend.  Tomorrow night I will be doing some Frankenstein and vampire nails that I will get up this week.  Still have several Halloween manis I want to get done before Halloween.  I am having fun with my holiday nails, so much fun, yay.
