More Nail Spam

Happy Sunday Loves,

Hope you day is going well.  Mine is, got up took care of the cats, then painted my nails, now doing this blog post.  Later on today Casey and I are going to go visit some friends and looking forward to that a lot.  Then it will just be chill out time this evening when we get home.

Today I have a bunch of nails I did here and there over the last several months that I decided to put in one of my nail spam posts.  Enjoy :)

For these first nails my base was is OPI "Can You Dig It?". I stamped using China Glaze "Admire" and Creative Shop 17 plate.  The glitter on my middle nail is Color Club "Pixi-Lated".  I then put a coat of Color Club "Femme Fatale" on my pinky and thumb nails to finish. I really liked these, they were really pretty I thought.

Can You Dig It? on it's own. I love this polish, such a pretty purple :)
For these nails I did a base of China Glaze "That's Shore Bright", then used several different polishes and nail art brushes to draw my tadpole balloons then a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top :) The glitter on my middle nails is Candy Laquer "Ice Cream Sprinkles".  I put one coat of Starlight Polish "Silver Crystal Moon" on my pinky and thumb nails to finish. These looked so different in my head but instead of regular balloons they turned into tadpole balloons, lol :)

That's Shore Bright on it's own, another really pretty polish.
My base here was Orly "Basket Case" .  I used a dotting tool and some unknown no label OPI minis to dot the gray dots.  I put a coat of Starlight Polish "Moonlight" on top of the dots.  The glitter on my middle nail is Color Club "Subway Station".  To finish I put a coat of a "Melly Mix" on my pinky and thumb.  Dotticures, always some of my fave nails to do :)

Basket Case on it's own.
My base here was China Glaze "Designer Satin", then I sponged on Orly "Basket Case" and China Glaze "That's Shore Bright" on the sponged nails.  I then stamped on top of the sponged nails using China Glaze "Admire" with MJ Plate "JR-35" and Born Pretty Plate "BP-X11".  I put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of those nails.  The glitter on my middle finger nail is Venique "Rhinestone Stiletto".  I put one coat of Ozotic "Sugar 901" on my thumb and pinky to finish. I like these, but wish I would have used a different color to stamp with to make the stamps show up better, oh well :)

Designer Satin on it's own.
These were the only nails I did for Valentine's Day this year.  My base was Venique "Kara-melt Chews".  I stamped using Essie "Nothing Else Metals" and Uber Chic "Plate 12-01" and Bundle Monster "Classic Beauty BM-XL 355" plates with a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of the stamped nails.  The glitter is Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Blush Over Hue". I thought these were cute!

Kara-melt Chews on it's own.  Another color I love :)
My base here is Loreal "Now You Sea Me", the glitter accent on my ring finger nail is Pretty & Polish "The Skies Are Falling" and then I put one coat of Starlight Polish "Oak Evolution" on the rest of my nails. Simple yet so pretty!

Now You Sea Me by itself.
For these snowflake nails, my base was OPI "No Room For the Blues".  I then stamped using Essie "Blue Rhapsody", LA Colors a no name blue and Kleancolor "Metallic Sapphire" with MoYou Festive 02, Winstonia Merry X-mas and Bundle Monster "S218 plates.  I put a coat of Starlight Polish "Moonlight" on top of the full nail stamps.  The glitter accent is Milani "Blue Flash".  Then I put a coat of BaronessX "Apatito" on my pinky and index nails to finish. Wasn't really a big fan of how these turned out, they were okay, but next year they will be so much better when I do more snowflakes, lol.

No Room For the Blues on it's own, I've had this polish for a long time now.

There my have my slew of nails for this edition of nail spam.  Hope you enjoyed them!

Happy Earth Day!

Happy Earth Day Caturday!!!

It's Earth Day today and the weekend, yay :)  Hope your weekend is going well.  Today I have some nails I did for Earth Day today.  Love the way this sponging turned out, it's a marbley sponge and looks pretty dang cool I think :)

My base here was Essie "On The Roadie" which is from the Spring collection out now and let me tell you, the formula on this was bomb, it was so nice!!!  I then sponged on Sally Hansen Salon Manicure "Himalayan Blue" and China Glaze "Mahogany Magic" on my index and ring nails.  I stamped the "Earth Day" image using China Glaze "Devotion" and Winstonia Plate W104.  This image was tricky to pick up, had to try a few times, ugh.  I then put a coat of Starlight Polish "Star Jewel" on my thumb and pinky nails to finish.

On the Roadie on it's own, this green is awesome and it's become a fave green of mine since I used it now for these nails.
That's it for today, not feeling too chatty today, allergies are kicking my butt and I have a helluva headache right now that I'm trying to get rid of, ugh.  I hate allergy season, it sucks.  Have a great rest of the day and I'll talk to you soon. I leave you with Miss Betty and Buster napping :)

It's An Easter Egg Hunt & Jelly Beans!

Happy Monday Love Bugs,

Hello and I hope you are well and had a good Easter if you celebrate. Casey and I went up to the bus in Potter County, PA camping this weekend to check on things since no one had been there since last Fall.  The bus is a 1939 Rio school bus that was converted to a camp many many years ago and was my Dad's huntin' camp. I used to go up with him in the Summer and it's always been and always will be some of my fondest memories with him.  My brother owns the land and the bus now and Casey and I go up to help him keep it maintained and do work up there since my brother can't go up as much as we can.  The last week my Dad was alive I promised him that I would go to the bus and keep his Potter County and bus pride going for him.  It's so gorgeous up there and when I am there it's the place where I feel really close to Dad and I know he's there.  He loved that bus and Potter County and I do too!  There's a few pics after my nails of up there this past weekend.

Mom was a bit upset that we decided to go up there instead of church but Casey rarely has 3 day weekends and he got some fishing in all day on Saturday and we both just needed a couple days away to be honest.  I am going to a church dinner with her this Saturday so that should make up for not going to Easter church and it will make her happy too.

Today I have the last of the Easter nails I did for this year.  I love the egg hunt ones the most and am so tickled and happy with the way they came out.  I love them :)  Hope you do too :)

My base was Essie "Udon Know Me". Then I painted the eggs, grass and baskets with nail art brushes and different polishes I was too lazy to write down.  I then put a coat of Starlight Polish "Companion Fairy" on top of those.  I put Funky Fingers "Broken Sea Glass" on my pinky and thumb nails to finish this mani.

Udon Know Me, I freaking love this shade.  I think this was from their Winter collection out last Fall.  It's such a pretty blue.
Then, my base here was China Glaze "Lemon Fizz".  I used nail art brushes and different polishes I didn't write down to draw the jelly beans, then put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top.  The glitter on my middle nails is just a couple different polishes I mixed together to create a white glittery "Melly Mix".  I put one coat of BaronessX "Citrino" on my thumb and pinky nails to finish. I think these came out cute too :)

Lemon Fizz on it's own.  I've had this one for a long time too and it's a good pastel yellow to have.  This was actually one of the first yellows I ever owned.
Here's some pic from our weekend.  Enjoy :)

A waterfall we stopped to check out on the way up.  Isn't this just so pretty!!!

The moon at dawn on Sunday morning when I got up.

The sun coming up over the mountains.  It's just so pretty up there.  I love everything about it.

A couple pics of the bus.  Next trip up she gets a fresh paint coat put on.  Dad kept up with painting it pretty regularly and the bus is definitely due for some new paint.

Isn't the bus so awesome.  If you want to see other pics of the bus inside and during the Summer check out my "Potter Co." tag here on my blog.  The inside is freaking awesome and so much is so old and vintage.  I love everything about it :)

Feel good for today is:

"Breathe in courage and exhale fear."

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one!!!!

That's it for today.  It's Monday and Better Call Saul night so I am just chilling the rest of the night.

Have a great rest of the day.  I leave you with my girls, Princess Pebbles and Miss Betty snuggling with Mommy one day.  I love these cats so much, they are the best and I truly could not imagine life without my fur kids in it :)
