My Stash and Set Up

Happy Sunday (again) loves,

I have a  second post for today. I have been wanting to do a my post on my stash and set up for a while now for the madness that is my nail polish love. So, without further ado, here is my crazy collection of polish and all that goes with it :) I hope you enjoy seeing my madness!! I know it sure does make me happy!!

I have to have everything in my living room since I live in a one bedroom apartment and don't have anywhere else to home my massive polish collection and all that goes with it.

This is the wall by my couch on these corner walls. There's all my pinks, purples, blues, blue/greens/teals, reds and orange cremes here along with all my shimmering topcoat types.
This rack is all glitter that I use for accent nails. this one is on the wall on the other side of our chaise couch.
This is the wall across from our couch that houses my nuetral, yellows and green cremes along with more glitters for accent nails.
These racks are on my coffee table that hold my base and top coat, remover, files, felt squares, thinner and all my brushes and dotting tools. It's also holds all my white, black and gray cremes along with some silver and golds.
This sits on a bookcase against another wall and has all sorts of random stuff in it. It has some stamping polish, cleanup stuff and all sorts of stuff for art, sponges, straws, paper plates, extra tape, stampers, etc. The container with the dots and box it's sitting on is all stamping plates and stampers. On the shelf below is my remover along with some other tools (the brushes in front are my rock painting brushes, that's just the only place I have to store them, so there they go :) ) On top of the jewelry box is more stamping plates in holders. In the jewelry box is all art stuff, sponges and eyeshadow applicators. Below that on the shelf are some nail magazines and a couple books along with felt that I'll cut up for polish remover and felt already cut up in the tupperware. There's also more stamping polish in the basket container.

There you have my method of madness that is my polish world. In a perfect world I would have a polish room but oh well, since I don't, I make do.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my mad stash of polish and supplies. I'll leave you with some super plain pretty nails from a couple weeks ago when I was going to do this post but just never did, so you get nails twice today!

My base is OPI "Planks A Lot". On my ring nails is a coat of Kleancolor "Metallic White" on the rest is a coat of CND Effects "Amethyst Sparkle".

Planks A Lot on it's own.
That's all for the second time today. Talk soon! I leave you with Princess Pebbles on our stove. This is an old pic I came across, not sure when I even took it!

Out Of This World Galaxies

Happy Sunday Loves,

Hello my friends. I hope that today's post finds you well and having a good weekend. My weekend has been good. I went to work yesterday morning to clean the office. I do that once a month and it's a super easy seventy five bucks for me for 2 and half hours of work. Then I came home and did some laundry and then my sister came over last night and my two other friends, Valerie and Zach, stopped by for a bit and that was super nice since we hadn't seen them in a bit. Today I have done my nails and plan on being pretty lazy the rest of the today. Other than putting laundry away I have no other stuff planned that I need to do. So it's a TV and hanging with the kitties and Casey day :)

Today's nail are galaxy nails. It's been quite a while since I've done some galaxy nails and I am super super happy with how these turned out. I think they came out really pretty and totally do look like galaxies. Hope you like them too :) I love them!

My base is OPI "Lincoln Park After Dark". I then sponged on OPI "Funky Dunkey", Orly "Brittney Beach", Essie "Around the Bend" and OPI "Alpine Snow" to create the galaxies. I put a coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of the galaxies and on my thumbs and pinkies a coat of Milani "Rainbow Prisms" to finish this pretty galaxy nail look.

Lincoln Park After Dark on it's own. This is probably one of my oldest polishes and one of my very favorite vampy shades ever. It was the perfect base for these galaxy nails I think!
In other artsy stuff here's the rocks I've painted since the last time I posted rocks in a post a month of two ago. I love painting rocks, it's so much fun and gifting them to people or hiding them around town is so much fun too :)

Here are the Thanksgiving rocks. I put these at each table at my Mom's church's Thanksgiving dinner they had. They were a hit, people loved them!

Here's some Christmas and Winter rocks. Love these all :)

This rock I gifted to my one crazy cat lady friend who works tirelessly rescuing, helping andn feeding feral cat colonies. She loved this rock and I did too.
This one I made for my sister whose favorite kitties are gingers. She totally loved this rock and so did I :)

I made this one for my Corgi friend, Tanner's, mom and gave it to her at puppy graduation, Barb was very touched that I made this with love for her. It made me happy.
When I found these rocks they screamed to be painted as dogs so made them both for my mom. The beagle since she has a beagle right now and the Lab since our family has had many Labs over the years and Labs hold a very special spot in our hearts, she loved these! I am pretty proud of how they came out too!
That's it for today. Have a great rest of the day, talk soon!

Snowy Night in the Woods

Happy Sunday,

Hope you well! It's good my way. Yesterday we did get some wintry weather with some snow and freezing rain. The roads were fine this morning when I left to go to my friend Nancy's to help her decorate some cupcakes in the shape of a baby rattle for a baby shower that she was going to today. It turned out pretty good and was not a Pinterest fail, lol :) I have a picture of it at the end of this post.

Today I have some stamped snowy woodsy nails for the weather we had yesterday. I think these turned out super cute in their simplicity :) Hope you like them too!

My base is Orly "La Playa" then I sponged China Glaze "Recycle" on the top half of the nails to be stamped to create a bit of a snowy night sky. I stamped using Sinful Colors "Snow Me White" with Whats Up Nails B035 and MoYou Noel Collection 01 plates.  I put one coat of a "Melly Mix" on my pinkies and thumbs to finish.

La Playa on it's own, I love this shade of blue. It's one of those polishes that I've had for a very long time now!
There you have my super easy fast mani for today.

Here are the cupcakes as a baby rattle. I think they are cute! We had fun doing it!

That's all for today. Have a great rest of the weekend. I leave you today with Nancy's kitty Lovey who is super sweet and super gorgeous!  Also , her rescue Pit Bull Stevie who is awesome. He is blind and was a bait dog that was rescued from a fight ring. He sure has the pampered good life now. I love him and Lovey. They are both really sweet animals :) Talk soon!

PA Farm Show 2020

Happy Sunday My Loves,

I hope you are well and that life is treating you good! It's great my way. This past week was our state's annual show that features all things agriculture in our state. It's called the PA Farm Show and it goes for one week. It's one of my favorite events of the year to attend. I love seeing all the animals, all the displays, all the awesome PA things for sale and the food, the food there is absolutely delicious! It's a big draw each year and the food court there is always so packed. Casey, myself and two friends went this past Thursday and had a great time per usual. We bought some wine, some craft beer, some soap, lip balm, potato donuts (which are awesome, I took some to work and gave some to my mom and sister), a shirt, a horseshoe nail ring (I've wanted one for many many years and finally got one, ha ha) and a really cool PA State Parks book.

So, of course for the PA Farm Show I did some farm themed nails. I think that local family farming is so important no matter where you are so picked these images to show that. I will always support our local family farms no matter what. It's a huge part of the economy in PA.

I decided to do some shades of pink for this instead of traditional landscape colors because pink farm, I'll so take it :) Hope you like these nails too!

My base is Essie "Into the A-bliss". I sponged Essie "Around the Bend" on the nails to be stamped. I stamped using Sinful Colors "Black On Black" with Creative Shop 09 and Uber Chic "Farm Fresh" plates. I put a coat of Starlight Polish "Moonlight" on top of the stamped nails for a bit of sparkle and on the my pinkies and thumbs is a coat of OPI "Born To Sparkle".

Into the A-bliss on it's own. This is such a pretty shade of mauve.
Here's a slew of animal pictures I took. Sadly the horse barn was closed off when we were there due to them being showing and the horse barn being crowded with the horse people getting ready to show. Oh well, next year I'll get horse pics. I did get a lot last year of the horses at least. I did take a lot of goat pics this year too. I love love love goats so much :)

That's all for today. Have a great rest of your weekend. I'll be back early this week with a different post. I am finally going to do a post of my polish stash and polish set up I have here at home

Till then my friends!
