Tie Dye Nails :)

It's Monday!!!!!

Hope that your Monday is going okay.  Mine is, especially for a Monday, sometimes Mondays are really rough at work, but, today was pretty good, phones weren't really busy and it wasn't crazy like some can be, which is good, because we lost one employee that quit last week and one is on vacation this week, so, it may get a bit crazy around here this week.  I'm sure by the end of this work week I'll be so ready for the weekend!

I've been trying to do Summer nails the last few manis and loving doing them. I did the tie dye nails today and also some pink flamingos and strawberries that will both be coming up in future posts.

I started with a base of Essie "French Affair", then used a nail art brush dipped into some polish on a paper plate and then dabbed the polish onto my tie dyed nails using Essie "Strut Your Stuff", Jesse's Girl "Baby Cakes", Broadway Nails "Sour Apple", Orly "Melt Your Popsicle" and Orly "Glowstick", then did one coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" on top of those.  My glitter accent is China Glaze "Point Me To The Party" and then one coat of Sally Hansen Satin Glam "Crystalline" on my thumb and pinky.  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these tie dyed nails, they were really fun to do and I love the way they came out.  I can't wait to do some more tie dye nails for sure :)

French Affair on it's lonesome, I love this pink.
Here's some more pics from our July 4th weekend that I didn't post yet.  These are some from when we went to see the fireworks in Galeton, PA, which has really awesome fireworks for the 4th, a couple of the awesome sunset I got at Casey's family's cabin in Potter County, my flea market finds, a bowl for doing mani bombs for my hands and nails and some nail polish, who'd a thunk it, I found nail polish up in Potter County too.  I was pretty excited and the ones I got I got for the purpose of stamping and the ones I got did stamp pretty well when I tried them out except for a few which were too sheer for stamping, but, overall my polish purchase at the flea market was a good one :) I loved going to Potter County with my Dad when we went over the years and look forward to many more memories being made now with Casey up there.  We are going again the end of July to the bus, my Dad's camp up there.  You can read about the bus in my 4th of July nails post and see pics of the bus where we stay in that one.  Here's the link to that post :)

Some pretty fireworks pics I too.  Fireworks, sparkly and pretty, what's not to ouhhhhhh.........and........ahhhhhhh.......over :) So pretty :)

Here's the sunset from Casey's family's cabin, isn't this so darn pretty and it had so much pink in it too.  Potter County is so pretty and it's part of why my Dad loved it so much too :)

The fire Saturday night at the bus (the first three pics) and then Sunday at the cabin (the last two), fire is so pretty and so warm and just so awesome :)  I love fire :)

The little bee friend that landed and chilled on my toe for quite a while in the afternoon before the fireworks.  He was cool, he just totally chilled :)
My flea market finds, my new mani bomb bowl and my new polishes. I did put a couple on the purge pile tho' that didn't stamp good.

And, there you have my happy tie dye nails, they were so much fun and I can't wait to do my next round of tie dye nails, yay :)  Thanks for stopping by and I leave you with my baby bear, Miss Betty, and my handsome man, Dino :)  Have a great rest of the night :)

Polish & Purrs,
