Good Bye 2020, Finally the Dumpster Fire Year Is Over!!!

Happy New Year Eve 2021!!!!!

2020 is almost over........FINALLY!!! I know myself and probably everyone else on the planet is so ready for this dumpster fire of a year to be over! It sure has been one hella of a strange one that is for sure! I am hoping that 2021 brings some sense of normalcy back to the world and we can get back to life as we know it. I don't think it's going to be right away. I think we will probably have the first half of the year with restrictions and cautions in place then the second half may be coming back to more normal time (at least we can hope)!

I don't have a whole lot to reflect on this year, but I am truly an extremely fortunate person in that I have had/have my health, my job (I never lost it during lockdown earlier in the year), my pets, Casey, my Mom and friends and family. For that I am so thankful. I also did quit smoking this year. January 5th will be seven months since I had a cigarette and I feel great and am so happy to be a former smoker. It was a hard thing to do but I was determined to quit so I did!

Anyways onto the nails. I have a super quick and easy mani for the New Year this year. I think these turned out so pretty and I am super happy with them!

My base is Enchanted Polish "October Sky". I stamped using Whats Up Nails "Silver Ag-ent" and Whats Up Nails "Go for Gild" stamping polishes with Maniology M079 plate. I colored the bottle and glasses in with Maniology "Fleece". On my thumbs and pinkies is a coat of Emily de Molly "Wearer of Tales" to finish.

October Sky on it's own, love this shade so much!!

That's all from me for today. Have a safe and happy New Year Eve and New Year Day. I will be home and probably won't even make it until midnight since I am old, lol! Then tomorrow Casey and I will be having pork and sauerkraut for dinner and I can not wait to have that. It's supposed to bring you luck in the new year and we all can use that for sure now! Be safe, stay in and I'll talk to you soon!

I leave you with King Dino looking too handsome! I love this guy, he's such a cool boy :)

It's Christmas Morning & A Christmas Dry Brush

Merry Christmas my friends,

I hope that you have a wonderful holiday today if you celebrate and that you stay safe and in good health. Casey and I are staying home this year due to covid. Normally we would go see family but this year we feel we need to do the responsible thing by staying in. There is next year and hopefully by then life and the holidays will be back to more normal (we can hope).

I will be just chilling today and watching 24 hours of A Christmas Story which is tradition for me that I do every year 😜 It is my very favorite Christmas movie of all time. It's the best in my book!

Anyways, onto the nails. Today I have my final two Christmas manis to share with you. The dry brush nails I  did earlier this week and the stamped nails I did this morning. I love these both and hope you do too 😍

My bases are Zoya "Blaze" (red), K.B. Shimmer "I'm sMitten" (white) and Zoya "Merida" (green). I stamped using Maniology "Straight Up Black" for the outlines and Uber Chic "Happy Christmas", Uber Chic "Holiday Spirit" and MoYou London "Noel 01" plates. I colored the images with numerous polishes then stamped those on the stamped nails.

Blaze, Merida and I'm sMitten on their own. I absolutely love these three together.

Here for my dry brushed nails my bases are Cupcake Polish "Leaf Me Alone" (green), Enchanted Polish "Over the Rainbow" (red), K.B. Shimmer "Baking Spirits Bright" (white) and Hit the Bottle "Inner Beauty" (gold). I dry brushed using "Leaf Me Alone", "Over the Rainbow" and "Inner Beauty".

Leaf Me Alone, Baking Spirits Bright, Over the Rainbow and Inner Beauty on their own. Love these all together too 😊😊

There you have the last of this year's holiday nails. I'm ready to move on to some Winter themed nails next. I leave you with the best gifts in my life, our kitties. Nothing is better than the love I get from them. Talk soon and Merry Christmas!!!!

Pretty Lights & Evergreen Branches

Hello my friends,

Today is just a super quick post of the nails I did this past week. Our older pet bunny that was attacked by a raccoon last Sunday morning succumbed to her injuries Tuesday night, sigh. We are devastated by the loss of her and the way it happened. I will be doing a post dedicated to her right after Christmas. We are so heartbroken and I am just not ready to talk about it just yet on social media. I have not posted about it on my platforms and will after Christmas. She was such a good bunny and I am still trying to process it all, sigh.

My first mani is some stamped lights I did Friday. I think these are cute and love them on the neon.

My base is Orly "So Fly". I stamped the outlines with  Maniology "Straight Up Black" and Uber Chic "Holiday Spirit" and "Happy Christmas" plates. I colored the images with numerous polishes that I did not bother/was too lazy to keep track of. On my pinkies and thumbs is a coat of ILNP "Imagine That" then one coat of Poparazzi "Celestial" on top to finish.

So Fly on it's own, love, love this shade.

These I did the week before and just did not post yet. I like these but was having a really difficult time picking up the images so there are a lot of missed lines on the evergreen. Not sure if it was the plate, the stamper, the polish or a combination of it all. Oh well, will try with this plate in the future sometime. Stamping can be so tricky at times.

My bases are Starrily "Everest" (green) and ILNP "Christmas Cookie" (white). I stamped with Hit the Bottle "Emeralds Are Forever" and Beauty Big Bang "Christmas-XL-001" plate.

Everest (green) and Christmas Cookie (white) on their own I do indeed love both of the polishes and they did look really good together I think.

That's it for today. I leave you with Miss Princess warming herself on the radiator after being outside this morning for a bit in the cold and snow. She is such a pretty girl1 We had our first snow of the season on Wednesday this past week. We got around 10 inches or so. Talk to you soon.

Meowy Catmas

Hello my loves,

Hope you are staying safe and well. I am a bit stressed. Last night a raccoon got into our yard and attacked our old lady rabbit, The Girl. We heard her crying so were able to get up and save her but he got her head and eye. It appears her eye may be gone and there are some puncture wounds on her head. We brought her inside and cleaned her up. She is currently in a big plastic bin on a super soft blanket and has been resting and eating in the living room. We will see how today goes. This is the first time in the almost 13 years I've lived here in our city that I've seen a raccoon, sigh. Keep our sweet dear old lady in your thoughts and prayers. I feel so sad that this happened to her. She is such a good bunny. I am feeling somewhat positive though since she is eating and is acting really alert.

Today I have the nails I did yesterday. These are from a new plate I got and I love these. I didn't do black cats, which are my favorite, because it is tricky coloring in black cat images so a ginger and snowy white cat it is. Hope you like these Catmas nails as much as I do ❤

My base is Color Club "Halo-graphic". I stamped using MoYou London "Noel Collection 10" with Maniology "Straight Up Black" for the outlines then colored the images with OPI "Freedom of Peach", Sinful Colors "Snow Me White" and Clear Jelly Stamper pink and green holo polishes. The glitter on the stamped nails is China Glaze "Angel Wings" and on my pinkies and thumbs to finish I put a coat of Penelope Luz "Magical Dreams".

Halo-graphic on it's own. Love the Color Club holos, they are so holo!!

That's it for today. I don't have much more to say. I'll give a bunny update next post, sigh.

Chrismas Trees in the Snow

Happy Sunday Loves,

Just a quick post today. I am in some serious pain and don't have much motivation to type too much. This past Summer my hip started bothering me for about a week then that pain stopped. Well, for the last two weeks now it has been been a constant pain. I am sure it's arthritis and it's only going to get worse and soon I am going to have to go see a doctor about it but right now I am hesitating to make an appointment with the covid numbers rising and all. So, I am going to give it one more week and then see how it is, then make an appointment. My mom has had both hips, a shoulder and knee replaced and I am sadly think this may be the beginning of going down that same road for me. Getting old, it sure ain't easy, sigh!

Today's nails I did yesterday morning and I absolutely love them and do think they turned out super cute (well except for the one silver tree which got got a bit smooshed, lol). Hope you enjoy them too.

My base is "ILNP "Mega (S). I stamped using Uber Chic "Holiday Jingle" and Uber Chic "Holiday Spirit" plates with Maniology "Crisp" for the outlines.  I used a snowman green glitter and China Glaze "Call of the Wild" to color the trees. After I stamped the trees on my nails I used Whats Up Nails "Go for Gild" to stamp the tree stars and the ornament dots with a dotting tool. I used Maniology "Frozen" for the snow. On my middle nails is a coat of Cupcake Polish "Emerald" and the image I stamped with I used a silver stamping polish that I forgot to make note of and the image was on one of the plates I used for the trees. The silver was an afterthought so I spaced on which polish I used, lol.

Mega on it's own. This was the first holo polish I ever bought and so it it a bit sentimental for me.

That's it, enjoy your Sunday, talk to you soon with more Christmas nails :) I leave you with a too cute picture of King Dino and Miss Betty sleeping together. I love this, so cute!!!

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Happy Monday loves,

I am off work today so I decided to do my second Christmas mani of this season so you get two today 😊 I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving if you celebrate. Mine was nice. Casey cooked here at home with just the two of us. It was a nice and lowkey day. I go back to work tomorrow so today is the last day of my six day staycation. The cats will hate me going back to work tomorrow, lol. They love having mommy home with them for almost a week. 😊

The first mani I did Saturday morning and the elves this morning. I have lots of Christmas nails planned for this year so I'll be posting a lot in the coming weeks!

My base here is Holo Taco "Red Licorice". I stamped using Maniology "Bam! White" with Whats Up Nails "B050" and Lina "Can't Wait For Xmas! 02" plates. The glitter is a no named one I got at a local beauty supply. The first two pics were in the sun yesterday. These Holo Taco holos are so pretty!!!

Red Licorice on it's own, so gorgeous!

Here my base is K.B. Shimmer "Fir Sure". The red on the tips is Cupcake Polish "Some Berry to Love". The other polishes I didn't (was too lazy to write down lol) keep track of. On top of my index nails is two coats of ILNP "Fully Loaded".

Fir Sure by itself, perfect Christmas green.

Have a great day. Talk soon. Here's all my black cats with me Saturday night. I love my black cats so much and times like this make my heart so happy ❤❤❤
