It's Too Early For Halloween (Said No One Ever!!!)

Happy Tuesday, 

It's hot and humid outside the last couple days and is to be the next few until the humidity drops this weekend. I am so over Summer, heat and humidity and beyond ready for Fall and cooler weather. 

So, because of that I decided to do my first Halloween nails of the season but instead of the normal Fall color scheme since it is still Summer and hot I went with neon shimmer pumpkins. I think these turned out really cute. I love the black cat in the mix :) 

My base is Cuticula Stargaze. I stamped using Maniology M311 plate with Maniology Straight Up Black and different indie neon shimmers for the images.

Chris Stapleton Concert (my 1st concert in years)

Happy Sunday loves,

Last night I went to my first concert in many years. It had been a long time since I went to a concert at Hershey Park Stadium. It was also the first country music concert I have ever attended. I went with one of my best friends Nancy. We had so much fun, he sounded really good live as did Elle King who opened for him It was a great night and awesome way to wind down Summer for me ❤

For my nails for the night I just went with some super simple stamping of a girl listening to music and music. I love the simplicity of these. 

My bases are Quixotic Polish First Love (shimmer) and Nailed It Blossom Season (flakie) I stamped using Sugar Bubbles SB 025 and Uber Chic Let's Rock plates with Maniology Straight Up Black stamping polish.

Summer Is Winding Down (Yay)

Hello Loves, 

Happy Thursday. The week is almost over, yay, as is Summer, more yay! I do like Summer, I have lots of fun stuff that goes on in the Summer but the high heat with the humidity I can so do without. Hot with no humidity I am fine with but the older I get the less tolerant of humidity I am. This Summer around here we have had quite a few hot hot days in a row so now I am ready for Summer to be over. Fall is my favorite season and I am ready for hoodies, crisp weather and all things Fall! 

My nails today are some neon sunglasses, swim suit and flip flops. I realized this week that I had not done any neon nails this Summer so no time like the present. I think these came out absolutely adorable and I love them. Sadly in my old age I can no longer live in flip flops like I once did due to some back issues. Oh, the joys of getting old, ha! 

My bases are Pahlish Neon (shimmer) and Different Dimension Sloth (flakie). I stamped using Whats Up A019 and Lina 4 Seasons Summer 01 plates and different stamping polishes.

Bring Her Home, Lauren!!!!

Happy Caturday loves, 

Today I was at the District 4-H horse show that my cousin was competing in. She did great. She made it to the States horse show in three events. I am so proud of her. She does timed events so for my nails I did some barrel racing and the rider bringing her horse home after running the course. I am so ridiculously happy with how these turned out. They came out great I think. Now, I can't wait to plan my nails for Lauren and Domino for States. 

My bases are Rogue Lacquer Happiest Place On Earth(flakie). I did a gradient using Rogue Lacquer Jaw Ready For This, Rogue Lacquer Lake Effect and Night Owl Lacquer Inside A Snowflake. I stamped using Maniology M012, Uber Chic Bottoms Up and YF 241 plates with different stamping polishes for the images. 

Love these so much ❤️

Happy Black Cat Day, Yay 🐈‍⬛

Happy Black Cat Appreciation Day, my favorite holiday of the year, yay! 

Hello my friends, today is Black Cat Appreciation Day, my favorite day of the year! I love black cats, they are my favorite. I currently have two of them and have had black cats in my life for all of my adult life and a few in my family during my childhood. I think that black cats are the absolute best. They are so gorgeous and just truly have personalities unlike any other cats. I love black cats, they are the BEST :)  

So, of course for my favorite day of the year I have some black cat nails. I am not the most pleased with these. I was having an off nail night. My mom fell on Sunday and I have been really stressed about that. She is okay, her knee is just really inflamed and she needs to take it easy for a few weeks. She is 80 now and it's so stressful when she hurts herself. So, my coloring of my images was not up to par. Oh well, there's always next time! I do still like these, just wish I would have used a different color for the outline so the cats details would have shown up better. 

My bases are Nailed It High Roller (shimmer) and Lyn B Designs Libra (flakie). I put two coats of a reflective topper on my thumbs and pinkies. I stamped using MoYou London Best Friends 02 and Crazy Cat Lady 13 plates with different holo and shimmer polishes for the images. 

Here is Princess Pebbles and Miss Betty, the only two living black cats that own me in life now.

Miss Betty, these are two of my favorite photos of her, she is just the cutest kitty in existence. She is my heart kitty. 

This is Dino, we sadly lost him this past March. I miss my sweet boy every day. He was so good. 

Bam Bam, he was here prior to Dino. He was such an awesome boy. I miss him dearly too. 

Fred and Barney, my first two of my own in my adult life. These two were the best. I never thought I'd have another Barney until I got my female version in Miss Betty. I miss these two both so much too. They were the best!

Happy Black Cat Day! Enjoy the day and go pet, kiss and cuddle a black cat. They are the BEST!!!!
